Understanding that teamwork is essential to the success of a project, Shawn Roberge is inspired by the opportunity to partner with great collaborators and seeks out projects with clients that share his respect for the team and its processes. With more than 18 years of structural engineering experience across a wide range of projects, his work includes single and multifamily residential, commercial structures, renovations, as well as unique structures like artwork, zoos, and aquariums. Shawn is focused on the implementation of modern, sustainable materials and design approaches in every project, and serves as the resident expert on Mass Timber construction. As Principal, he has assumed responsibility for an array of Human Resources functions and works within the leadership team to ensure that the company runs smoothly.
