Partnered with engineer of record MKA, Lund Opsahl provided structural engineering analysis, design, and construction administration for 324,000 SF of below grade concrete construction, including development of foundations, shear walls, columns, and structural slabs. The design was challenged by the substantial depth of excavation, adjacency of tunnels and underground infrastructure, and varied geotechnical requirements throughout the site. We’re incredibly proud of the work we did on this project and the success of this partnership, and we’re excited to see it come to full fruition next year.
