Kristen Gaer studied Business Law and Political Science at Arizona State University before spending three years in the legal industry, sharpening her skills in writing, research, and project management. She later transitioned into commercial real estate, where she built a reputation for leading marketing initiatives, driving proposal efforts, and supporting brokers on everything from boutique projects to global Fortune 500 deals.
After working in Los Angeles and San Francisco, Kristen recently relocated to Seattle, bringing with her a versatile background and strong network. With experience bridging technical work and client-facing opportunities, she combines precision and strategic storytelling to help firms stand out.
Civic-minded and community-driven, Kristen previously served on the Los Angeles Neighborhood Council’s Board of Directors. Outside of work, she loves traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her dogs.
