Designed in collaboration with architect Weber Thompson, this mixed-use project was built to increase availability of workforce housing in South Seattle. The Orenda at Othello Square features 176 new apartments directly located on Sound Transit’s Othello Light Rail Station, and includes the Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic operated by Seattle Children’s Hospital to support the growing community.
