Tasked with replacing the existing outdated masonry amphitheater, Owen Richards Architects developed a dramatic new covered performance space that not only expands upon the existing stage and attached restrooms, but provides significant infrastructure upgrades to support a wide variety of performances and audience experiences.
Working closely with the ORA, Lund Opsahl developed a steel-framed, double-cantilevered, curved and tapered steel roof over a new concrete stage, along with new steel-clad restrooms, storage rooms, and a donor wall.
