Arbor Blocks is a six-story commercial office building developed by Vulcan in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle, currently occupied by Facebook. The post-tensioned concrete structure includes 192,000 SF of office space over a four-level, 428-stall parking garage. Certified LEED Gold and Salmon-Safe.
Features include expanded dining service on Floors One and Six and a rooftop deck and outdoor garden terraces for a break or informal meetings on floors Three and Seven. A library, laundry service, and interfaith room are on Floor Two. Private single and group meeting rooms line each floor’s interior space, with playful, often tongue-in-cheek room names. Less private informal gathering areas and an extensive snack bar, adjacent to the central staircase, is available on every floor. An exposed ceiling design offers easy access and flexibility.
