Located in downtown Portland, the 100 Multnomah building is the home of the TriMet Public Safety Office and parking for the nearby Oregon Convention Center and neighboring Hyatt Hotel. The first phase of a Design-Build project led by Mortenson Construction and designed by ESG Architecture, the current facility has a street-level office for TriMet in addition to parking services for the OCC, Hyatt, and other downtown venues. The second phase, designed by ZGF Architecture, will consist of a new office building in Portland’s growing downtown built over the existing parking garage, and was specifically developed to allow the TriMet office to remain open for the duration of construction.
